Started in January 2010, this project was a pilot experimental project to broadcast videos for the region Limousin in France with only local news. Videos were geotagged by journalists and then organized in themes before published on the website to be played in a playlist continuously fed with more videos. It was a webtv created to let people engage in the life of their region, users could participate and post their own videos. This website is no longer online.

This project involved a lot of object oriented JavaScript to manage the videos and the playlist.
